We have a partnership with another company that handles all the marketing for you. They will stay in touch with your sphere of influence and will setup all the marketing for each listing you have. They will spend all the marketing costs upfront and will get paid once you close a transaction. They will take a % of the commission plus any extra expenses from ads, mailers, etc.

When you close a transaction you will get an invoice and the 30% plus any extra marketing you ordered will be deducted from your final commission. This means you don’t have to spend any money up front.
