Highly Recommended! If you’re in need of a property manager in San Diego, I would highly recommend Dario Barba. From the first time I spoke with Dario, he was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating and met with me on a Saturday morning. Soon after our first contact, and shortly afterward, the contract was signed for Dario to manage my property. I don’t know how he did it, but within only a few days, Dario found a renter and I was quite pleased that my home didn’t sit vacant for any length of time. So Far So Good We found Allstar Mortgage & Real Estate through yelp.com and contacted Dario the owner/agent since we were looking for a property mgmt company to take care of a house there. We were already in touch with a much bigger property mgmt company in the area and we just wanted to see if we could get some kind of comps in our decision-making process. We soon found this company was actually better than the “bigco” in the following fronts. 1. The contract was straighforward and standard, hence much easier to understand than that from the bigco, whose contract contained quite a few legal fineprints and hidden charges that scared us off; 2. The owner/agent was very responsive to our inquiries and also quite sincere and honest. After checking the reference he gave us, we decided to sign with Allstar instead. Dario was very quick in getting the property inspected, necessary things fixed and before we knew it, he had an open house and we got our tenant two weeks after we signed the contract. We are very happy so far and hope to continue having the property under Allstar’s management for a long time.- HK
